Supports with keeping the venue safe, clean/sanitized and presentable to the guest. Monitors assigned sections and enforces no smoking policy where applicable.ģ. Ensures guests are safely enjoying events and escalates issues as needed to security or department management. Resolves guest complaints or problems personally or by directing them to the appropriate management team member. Ensures no alcohol leaves the facility.Ģ. Ensures no outside food or unexplained packages are admitted into facility before, during or after an event. Directs guests to concession and restroom locations. Examines tickets and/or internal staff and external guest passes to verify authenticity. Greets guests, scans guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answers guest questions, assists guests with locating their seats and examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around venue during event. Ushers help to ensure safety, help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue and engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during and after events. Under the direction of the Theater Operations Supervisors, the Usher works to proactively interact with guests in providing information and assistance on all things related to the guest having an enjoyable experience at the Theater.
